Abstract

Nowadays, as increases in the adoption of imformation technologies around the world, more and more public governments adopt information technologies to enhance the access to and delivery of government services to benefit citizens, business partners, and employees. In our research, the main research area is the impact of national culture on e-government adoption and use. In addition, Jason's study will mainly base on Diffusion of Innovation Theory (DOI), in order to find out the factors which influence India immigrants' adoption and use of New Zealand e-government services. Meanwhile, base on Chinese context, Peter's study through mainly using TAM and Zhang et al.'s model, in order to find out the factors which influence Chinese immigrants' adoption and use of New Zealand e-government services. Therefore, this Blog is an important part of our MSYS555 group research proposal assignment, and it will detail our research proposals, also, it will provide an annotated bibliography of references which relate to our research area. Finally, it can be seen as a learning resource which would be helpful and valueable to IS researchers.
